EFIT WHOLE FOODS PROGRAM: You will learn about the macronutrients that make up your food consumption and how they play a role in weight gain/loss (Carbohydrates, Proteins and Fats) Your program is designed to have you prepare your own foods and learn how to order from restaurants and in social situations You would be required to submit a 3 day food journal (2 weekdays and 1 weekend day) before attending your first coaching visit as well as a health history profile and a list of any food allergies or intolerances that you are aware of. Benefits: You will be guided by your coach through trial and error to learn what effects different foods have on your body and develop a short term plan for weight loss and a lifetime plan for eating well to maintain your weight. You will gain a clear understanding of macronutrients and food labels so you understand what you are purchasing in “packaged” grocery store food You will have the accountability and weekly support from your coach. You will set and commit to reasonable weekly weight loss goals There is no additional cost outside of your coaching visits as you will be shopping for your own groceries The cost of coaching may be 100% partially covered by your insurance company* .
EFIT PHASE ONE- RAPID PROTOCOL: You will learn about macronutrients while using mostly pre-packaged pharmaceutical grade “Protein” food to assist you in more aggressive short term weight loss The PHASE ONE protocol is a medically managed program that allows for weight loss between 2-4lbs per week for most clients. This protocol allows you ONE homemade meal per day in addition to the structured products, along with 4 cups of vegetables. IT is a LOW CARB, LOW FAT, NORMAL PROTEIN PROTOCOL and limits the amount of fast-acting carbohydrates and does NOT allow alcohol on the protocol You will be required to submit a Health History that will be reviewed by our Clinic doctors and then attend an information session on the protocol before starting You will have accountability and weekly support from your coach as well as access to over 100 nutrition related videos on weight management and cooking/recipe access as well as monthly clinician visit The cost of coaching may be 100% covered by your insurance company, depending on your policy*
This is an ideal program for people who like to exercise, but would also like SOME Of the structure and more rapid results from the PHASE ONE Protocol It follows the same basic structure of the PHASE ONE protocol except that you have more WHOLE FOODS incorporated into your day. The most successful clients on this option are regular exercisers. You can expect to lose between 1-3lbs per week *insurance coverage may vary between providers (ARGUS, BFM, COLONIAL, GEHI) but ALL coverage would require you to have a REFERRAL from your primary care physician prior to starting your journey with us!
